InfoCulture aims at establishing an information culture through the promotion of citizen engagment, open data, open goverment, and plain language concepts by providing methodological, technical and institutional assistance (sharing of best practices and expertise, strategy development, configuration and deployment of a technology solutions, capacity building workshops and seminars, research and analysis) to governmental authorities and civil society.
