For every hour you spend helping someone, you are entitled to an hour’s help in return. The internet based database keeps a record of your credits and debits to record incomings and outgoings, just like a bank account. The community exchange creates a mutually supportive network of people helping each other. You can help other people or they can help you in lots of different ways – such as gardening, home help, running errands, office work, providing transport or helping someone learn a new skill
